Being a diabetic, my husband has to be careful of the sugar content of the foods he eats. For a treat, he really enjoys Sweet Freedom Krunch Lites Ice Cream Bars by Blue Bunny. There is no sugar added, and they really are quite good (I've tried them myself).

These bars are on a stick, and they are made of vanilla flavored Lite ice cream with a chocolate flavored coating and crisp rice. They have a good flavor, and one box contains 12 bars. One bar has 90 calories, 6 grams of total fat, 5 mg of cholesterol, 35 mg of sodium, 10 grams of total carbohydrates, and 2 grams of sugar (with 4 grams of sugar alcohol). They are sweetened with Splenda, and they make a very tasty, satisfying treat for anyone who has to watch their sugar intake. They are also good for anyone on a low carb diet.
