The Swiffer Wet Jet is an easy and fast way to clean your hardwood and tile floors. You have to initially purchase the starter kit which includes the handle, some pads, and a bottle of cleaning fluid. The Wet Jet is super easy to put together and get started right away. I was not confused by it at all. The cleaning pads stick on with velcro. If you keep up with cleaning, you could probably use the pads for 2-3 cleanings. If you clean less often, they will probably get pretty dirty in one cleaning.

The cleaning fluid just has to be opened and then screwed into the handle. The fluid has a nice, fresh scent that is not overpowering but is just enough to let others know you have recently cleaned. I don't know if cleaning with the Wet Jet is as thorough as a trditional mop & bucket with a strong floor cleaner, but it is an easy way to keep your floors clean between those thorough cleanings.
