Swingers on DVD is a modern classic comedy that serves as a guy's guide to dating. It stars Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn as 20-something struggling actors in Los Angeles, and shows their day to day lives, including the bars they hang out in, which are some of the "lounge" type clubs that feature swing music, including the nevaux swing of Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, one of the bands featured heavily in the soundtrack. I think that this movie is very entertaining, and the soundtrack is full of great music from new swing to old classics from Las Vegas favorites. The movie was written by Favreau, who based the screenplay on his coming out to L.A. from New York, and the troubles he had starting to date after ending a long relationship.
