Swiss Miss is the second best hot chocolate I've tried (second to homemade ;D), Its easy to make, just heat water and add the mix, I like to throw in some milk and peppermint and its great on a cold evening. The packets also go good in gift baskets, throw in a few coffee mugs, different packs some with marshmallows, some without, rich chocolate, etc. and maybe some candy canes and potpourri packs that smell like Christmas (you know, the gingerbread cinnamony smell) and arrange it pretty with peppermint sticks and bam, an easy gift basket anyone would love (well I would anyway, feel free to send me any you make). My favorite is the marshmallow lover kind, it comes with oodles of the dried up wanna be marshmallow things and I love them, I usually add more marshmallows though. This is a great inexpensive and easy to make hot chocolate though and I would recommend trying it!
