I bought this Hiking Pole for an upcoming camping trip. I knew we would be hiking some trails and thought I might need the extra support.

I love this Hiking Pole. There are two areas that twist with a spring inside, and I can screw it around and lock it in and have the height fit me perfectly. No more searching in the woods for the stick that you just find laying around. The handle has a soft padded grip, that is designed for your hand to hold comfortably. It even has a strap that you can put your hand through and hold the handle, which adds to the comfort.

Their is a rubber ring around a tip which seemed to me to really help out with support when walking in rocky areas. I was trying to get over a rocky bed in water, which is very slippery, but this stick really helped to prevent me from losing my step and falling in.

My boys liked mine so much that I had to go to the camping store and buy two more. I would highly recommend the SwissGear Hiking Pole.
