Anything Thomas the Train is very popular in my house. My yougest son who is three years old loves Thomas the Train. He has several of the little trains that are used with the train tracks. The Take Along Thomas Felt Mat is great to use with these little trains. My son plays with his mat on his bedroom floor. Sometimes he even brings in into the living room. He also takes it with him whenever he stays with his grandparents. The mat is somewhat big for a three year old to carry but he finds a way to move it from one room to the other. He plays with his little trains on this mat all day long. He runs the trains along the train track that is on the mat. There is also a place on the mat that looks like Tidmouth Shed's where the little trains can "rest". My wife and I especially love this mat. Our son uses this mat to play with his trains instead of bringing out all of his train tracks.
