Teach Your Children What Pay Day Is All About By AmyBrantley on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I loved playing this game when I was little and honestly it taught me some valuable life lessons. Children my age simply didn't understand finances, we thought money was just something adults had. We weren't familiar with the concept of Pay Day.

Pay Day is a delightful game that teaches children where all the money goes during the month. At the end of the month, each player gets paid. At the beginning of the month that must pay their bills. As the month goes on, players will also have to pay for unexpected expenses. The player with the most money at the end of the month wins.

This really is a great way to teach children about paying bills and preparing for unexpected expenses. I highy recommend this game for anyone who has children or grandchildren.

Loved this game when I was younger and I agree, it's not only fun but teaches valuable lessons as well.

This is a great way to introduce to kids how to budget and so they will learn how to save for rainy days.
