Team Fortress 2 By Sam Rockwell By Sam Rockwell on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Team Fortress 2, the sequal that many players have been waiting for what seems an eternity for. Original release date was scheduled to be December of 1997..ah well, anyway. It is here, and is quite a different game than it's ancestors. Team Fortress 2 resembles more of Day of Defeat, a World War II mod for Half-Life, than Team Fortress or Team Fortress Classic. It's a bit slower paced, more team-oriented, and has a surpisingly lack of grenades. It works for the most part, however; people travel across maps as a group more than ever before, and you can also get an "assist" kill with another person. The graphics are absolutly amazing, and each class (nine in all) exhibits their own personality. Team Fortress 2 may not be for everyone, but it's worth checking out at least once.
