Tearing Sky - Piers Faccini

When I talk about music with people, no one ever knows who this guy is. I just can't believe it sometimes, that there are people who haven't gotten to hear this album. Beautiful and original, this cd is worth taking notice of. I must mention that a live performance buy this impressive man is even better. Knowing that, buying a recording of him is a sure to be a safe bet! Very obviously a talented musician, he incorporates all types of music into his background sound, and his unique voice pulls you into his music. The sound quality of the cd is remarkable, and the artist is so original I find myself wondering if I can compare it to anything. THe only prblem with the number of tracks is that there is not enough, and I find my self wanting to hear his haunting voice long after the last track. I feel joy when I hear this album. I can tell that the songs really mean something to Mr. faccini. His voice lets you kow that he is singer with a firm grasp on who he is and his vision for his creation.
