Technique Hard Anodized Cookware Is A Real Winner By AmyBrantley on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Before moving out of my mother's house, she purchased a set of cookware from QVC. I was highly impressed at the quality and knew I would want a set of my own. After a few years, I finally had the chance to buy my own set of cookware from QVC.

I chose the Technique Hard-Anodized Cookware for several reasons. First of all, it can be transferred to the oven up to 500 degrees. I also loved the fact that the heat traveled all the way up the sides of the pan. But, once I actually got the cookware, I was even more impressed.

Cooking with Technique Hard-Anodized Cookware is unbelievable. Nothing sticks to these pans. I even over cooked my macaroni and cheese and it didn't stick. Also, these pans are heavy. The 8 inch skillet actually weighs as much as a cast iron skillet.

I honestly cannot say enough about this cookware. I also can't get enough of this cookware. I plan on purchasing several more pieces to add to my collection. Buy this cookware and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I LOVE my Cooks Essential Anodized cookware. Nothing sticks to it. I can even make double recipes of Rice Krispy Treats at one time. The marshmallow does not stick and clean up is so easy.
