Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was a phenomenon back in the 1980's and early 90's. The had TMNT stuff all over the place such as T-shirts, toys, lunch boxes and even video games. The premise of the series is the battle between the turtles - Leonardo, Donatello, Rafael and Michaelangelo and Shredder and his minions.

The game is no different. You choose from the four turtles and take on Shredder and his cronies. The game lets you relive the series as popular enemies such as Krang, Rocksteady, Bebop and mouser are in the game. the game also has pizza, the tutle's food in oder to restore health points.

The game is quite fun but the controls are not as arcadish as the later incarnations. I like the variety in the game as the game is separated on a per mission basis. i just wish the gameplay was a bit more engaging.
