The hotel looks exactly like what I saw on internet. Very good service, very nice and polite staff. We all fell in love with Tegal Sari Hotel. Moreover it is only 330 000 rupiah per night = RM 123

The hotel service is just one word - EXCELLENT as proved by my personal experience below:

We planned to go to Kintamani at 5.30 am the next day to see the sunrise. Just imagine...at 11pm I requested the hotel to pack our breakfast to bring along to eat and fantastically they agreed to get our breakfast prepared at 4.30 am!! Isn't that nice? Toasted bread with mashed banana as fillings and fresh fruits.....very healthy meal

Next they even provided free transport service around Ubud town, just tell them 15 minutes before you need to go and there they are to send you around Ubud town and not only that, if you feel that you have seen enough of the town just give them a ring and they appear right in front of you to pick you back to the hotel .

If you are goiing to Ubud Bali this is the hotel that I highly recommended but do remember to book early since it is very fully booked all the year round.
