I have found the Tempur-pedic mattress to do what it claims. It provides me with a very good night's sleep without causing soreness, stiffness or pressure points on my body. Because of that, I don't move around as much during the night as I used to on a regular mattress, trying to get comfortable. Sometimes I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in! When my husband moves next to me I don't feel it. It will not need replacing in 10 years like a regular mattress. It will keep it's shape and comfort for life so it doesn't need to be replaced. That is a great value! It resists dust mites and other household allergens, unlike regular inner-spring mattresses. I look forward to laying down on it every night. I consider it one of the best purchases I ever made.

Its a bit pricey but I hear good things about these mattresses.
