Tempur Pedic Visco Elastic Mattress

I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 3 months now and I must say it has relieved alot of my discomfort. I have pain in my hips and was to the point where I was unable to even sleep on my side and was forced to sleep on my back which presented me with a host of other problems. But after just a few days of sleeping on this mattress I was able to sleep on my side again for at least part of the night. The only down side that I can report is that this mattress seems to be a little hotter than other beds. But even that doesn't negate the positive effects this bed has had on me and my hips. If you are a heavy person you might have to work a little harder to roll over in this bed also but , again, it is only a minor thing that you would soon get adjusted to.As far as price it seemed a little high to me but then again, what price do you put on a good nights sleep?The smaller sizes were less.I recommend this bed to anyone who suffers from pain that tends to keep them awake at night.

Update On May 06, 2008: I just wanted to add that I have now been sleeping on this mattress for almost a year. I am amazed and delighted at what it has done to decrease my pain level. I am now back to sleeping on my left side, my right side and my back with very little, if any, discomfort. As stated in my original review, this mattress can be a little hotter than a traditional mattress and I do find that it is a little harder to roll over in. The rolling over may be mostly due to my extra "bulk" . At any rate, it is not a factor that is all that serious considering the good this mattress has done.

Update On Jun 08, 2010: Simply put, I will never sleep on another mattress as long as I live. Yes, it is that good. If you are considering a new bed and have not tried a Tempur-Pedic, call them right now and talk to them about this bed. Google Tempur-Pedic. You won't regret it.
