I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 3 months now and I must say it has relieved alot of my discomfort. I have pain in my hips and was to the point where I was unable to even sleep on my side and was forced to sleep on my back which presented me with a host of other problems. But after just a few days of sleeping on this mattress I was able to sleep on my side again for at least part of the night. The only down side that I can report is that this mattress seems to be a little hotter than other beds. But even that doesn't negate the positive effects this bed has had on me and my hips. If you are a heavy person you might have to work a little harder to roll over in this bed also but , again, it is only a minor thing that you would soon get adjusted to. As far as price it seemed a little high to me but then again, what price do you put on a good nights sleep?The smaller sizes were less.I recommend this bed to anyone who suffers from pain that tends to keep them awake at night.
I just wanted to add that I have now been sleeping on this mattress for almost a year. I am amazed and delighted at what it has done to decrease my pain level. I am now back to sleeping on my left side, my right side and my back with very little, if any, discomfort. As stated in my original review, this mattress can be a little hotter than a traditional mattress and I do find that it is a little harder to roll over in. The rolling over may be mostly due to my extra "bulk" . At any rate, it is not a factor that is all that serious considering the good this mattress has done.
Simply put, I will never sleep on another mattress as long as I live. Yes, it is that good. If you are considering a new bed and have not tried a Tempur-Pedic, call them right now and talk to them about this bed. Google Tempur-Pedic. You won't regret it.

I have one of those memory foam toppers instead of the mattress you have. I agree...it's very hot! I like it but I'm not completely thrilled with memory foam. Glad you are getting a good night's rest with yours.
The heat factor is what has kept me from trying this mattress. (Oh, and also the price) but if it helps you sleep, then it's priceless, isn't it?

Looks like this Tempur Pedic is really good for relieving bed pain and aches. Must save enough and get one for myself soonest possible since my present bed is giving me a lot of pains after sleeping on it.
