The Advantage, accoustic game music

The Advantage have been around a long time.They started out as the band Generic, covering older video game songs with accoustic guitars and drums. The changed their name to the advantage, and have kept most of the older songs.This first cd has a great tracklist of their classic covers, ranging from Castlevania to Mega Man.Each track being rearranged into a stylish epic, some being medleys of more than one song in the game in one track.The drum arrangement is a little lacking, but it fits the genre nicely.With 26 tracks on this cd, you can't say that there is not a lot of material to listen to.Most games being classic stand outs from people's childhoods as well.If you can find this cd, pick it up for a good relaxing 8 bit time.
