The Aeron Chair from Herman Miller
After much research online and sitting in many chairs in shops we decided the best option for our home office was the Aeron Chair by Herman Miller. Both my husband and I suffer with various aches and pains related to different back issues. My husband knew he'd be spending many hours in our home office and we felt it was important to have the best possible chair for this reason.
The chair arrived ready to use. It simply needed to be unpacked and adjusted to our personal comfort levels. It takes a little while to figure out how to adjust the many settings. It's worth the time because this chair is unbelievably comfortable. If you like modern furniture this chair will fit into your décor scheme. It's very sleek and modern.
You can adjust, lumbar, height of the chair, tilt of the chair and the recline of the chair. The chair rolls smoothly on sturdy wheels and is completely comfortable.
I can find not a single fault with this chair at all. We both love it and may eventually get a second one because sometimes we are both using the office at the same time. It's a bit pricy but worth every dime.

They've been working on creating a chair based on the original design to be used in hospitals. It's aim seems to be to ease patients ability to get up out of hospital chairs. It's an interesting article about Herman Miller and what they are doing to keep profitable while spending in general goes down.
