If there's one thing I hate it's using multiple frying pans for breakfast. I tried that toaster that makes everything for a home made Egg McMuffin and it's great, but this is BETTER! I used it for breakfast this morning and I imagine I'll use it for probably 5-7 meals a week. It replaces a frying pan and keeps the grease from coating the kitchen with it's nifty lid, a toaster, a panini grill , an electric skillet, and more. You can cook anything on the flat side that isn't so runny that it runs off the grill before solidifying. The grill side is amazing and it's uses are endless. I can see cooking fish, chicken, steaks, burgers, fat sandwiches, and toast on that side, to name a few. I can see pancakes, french toast, eggs, bacon, diced or sliced chicken and much more on the flat side. Today I cooked bacon very quickly on the flat side. I then wiped it clean with a paper towel, which was amazingly easy, and poured scrambled egg on next. I then put the english muffins on the grill side and when they were toasted added the cheese, egg and bacon and flattened them under the lid to melt the cheese. They came out perfect! I'd otherwise have needed a pan for the bacon, a bowl for the bacon grease, a pan for the eggs unless I wanted to cook them in bacon remains, and a toaster for the muffins. This wonderful unit did it all. It's large, heavy enough to be secure but not too heavy, and easy to take apart to clean. It isn't flimsy at all. I'm so glad they came out with this. It came highly recommended from a friend and I'm so glad they did. It also has a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
