The Battle With the Ants

An Ortho Max. Ant and Roach Killer poetic review.

I spotted an ant, stepped on it without a second thought.
The battle was over before the ant knew who it had fought.
The next day I came along and I was able to spot two.
No problem, I took care of them with my shoe.
Where the was two now there was three.
Tap, tap, tap. That was as easy as can be.
Soon there appeared a trail of ants long and wide.
I tap danced on there ranks as I took it in stride.
I stomped until I was tired but replacements soon appeared.
My assault on their army was nothing the ants feared.
I could hear them mocking me above their laughter.
Stomp as long as you like, we will be here long after.
So I threw up my arms and declared I can not take it anymore.
That is when I rushed down to the local hardware store.
I searched the aisles up and down for the object of my desire.
Ortho Max. Ant and Roach Killer would be what I would acquire.
When I got back home I sprayed them with glee.
Now there would be no more of this mocking me.
It did not take long to turn a defeat into a win.
I am not taking any prisoners. Do not bother to give in.
