The Chrome Kremlin is a very large bag but is manageable no matter how little or how much is crammed inside it. At 3000 cubic inches the bag will carry almost anything that one would want to have on their back.
Ideal for bicycle messengers and commuters, the bag has excellent features like one very large pocket along with a series of small pockets, including two sides, one inner pocket separator, a few pen slots, a zippered front pocket, and a stash pocket. The bag is constructed of high quality material and is completely water-proof; the inner lining will not allow water in. The only way something inside the bag is getting wet is if one goes swimming with the bag.
This is easily the most comfortable bag I've used while riding my bike. The weight is distributed nicely and the strap is well padded and easy to adjust with only one hand, which is great for people riding.
Highly recommended for anyone that carries anything while riding their bicycle.

Having gotten caught in a severe thunderstorm while riding my bicycle, I could use a waterproof backpack like this.
That is a very big bag for bicycling. Sounds like it is bigger than one usually needs for biking, but a messenger might well want one.
