This is one of the first games that I've actually played ALL THE WAY through in a long time. The Bigs lets you create a "rookie" player and take them from spring training all the way to the world series. The way that they do this is in a more "arcade" style way, and less like the realistic styled games for other consoles. The Bigs lets you control your players using the Wii Remotes, and it's way awesome. To swing the bat, you swing the remote. To pitch the ball, you "throw" with the remote just like you would throw a pitch. My only beef with the controls is that when you play the ball in the field, the default controls have you "flicking" the remote to the base you want to throw to, but it never goes the right way. I used the "d-pad" and it worked much better for me. Definitely check out The Bigs though if you're in the mood for a fun arcade style baseball game.
