The Boardwalk, Hershey, PA

I am going to tell you about The Boardwalk water park in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The Boardwalk is the brand new waterpark located at Hershey Park. I was really looking forward to this, but I was sorely disappointed. The area is so small and the crowds (even in Sept in PA) were horrible. Inside the waterpark is a giant play structure. This is great if you have kids to teens, but it is large and it is hard to keep track of the kids. There are 4 waterslides, but the wait is an hour plus for a four second slide. So not worth it! There is also a wave pool. What a joke. It is tiny. If you've been to other wave pools, you will very disappointed. Hershey had a good idea to add a water park to it's offerings, but they didn't do it right. Way to small for the amount of crowds. Adult beverages would be a nice addition as well.
