The Brave One

The Brave One- Directed by Neil Jordan(hes the one who directed The Crying Game, Interview with a Vampire) and stars Jodie Foster, Naveen Andrews (Lost), and Terrence Howard.

Warning: If you intend to see the movie you may not want to read this review. Although I dont think I am ruining this movie. This is not a whodunit. You know whodunit from thestart. You just do not know where its going to end. But be forewarned on the spoiler front.

This is the story of a woman trying to recover from a brutal attack on her and her boyfriend. She finds reclaiming her own life and peace of mind extremely difficult so she buys a gun in an effort to feel safer. It is not long before she begins to feel safer using that gun. Terrence Howard plays a police officer who befriends Jodie Foster unaware she is the vigilante he is searching for.

I thought this was a pretty good movie.
