The Butchers Macabre Casebook By janbubears on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This very scary book is a casebook of some of the worlds most infamous murders. The most famous murders over the past 200 years are written in precise detail, no gruesome bits are omitted. Life stories and the crimes commited are not the only features, there is some fascinating insight into the forensic detection used to capture these evil monsters. Some of the butchers included are Albert Fish, Dr Crippen, and Ed Gein. The forensic pathology used in these cases makes the book a rather gruesome but interesting read. No one gets away in this book all the criminals featured were either captured or killed. Even though this book was written some time ago, it still appears to be quite popular. The author Brian Lane compiled an eight volume series called, "The murder club". he now lives in London.
