I received this as a Christmas present and have been using it for a few days now. Initial results show that it is very powerful and is easy to empty and store. I love the looks of it and think that it looks nice in my room. It charges while it sits in it's dock and will never be not charged. I have a cat and it picks up cat hair really well off of my furniture. It is a Dirt Devil product and they have a good reputation of having high quality products which is why I decided to try this product. There is a warranty included with this product and a customer support line for any problems that you may have during your ownership. I have only had this product for a few days now but I love it so far and would highly reccomend it to anyone. For anyone that has kids this thing is a miracle worker. I use this 3-4 times daily just around his eating area. I really like this product and recommend it.
