The Day the Earth Stood Still is one of the best movies that I have seen in the movie theater's in a long time, because it had everything that a movie lover would want in a movie. I went to see this movie the first day that it came out with my friends, and honestly this was one of my top movies that I have watched so far. There were many great things and aspects about this movie that I really enjoyed but the thing that I really enjoyed most is the great acting, and the story line, because the movie did not jump around from place to place. The other thing that I really like about The Day the Earth Stood Still is that it wasn't that long, it was about a hour and fifty minute movie, and a great one too.

The other thing that I really loved about this movie is the spectacular sound affects. The sound affects really blew you away from your chair, and I really liked that. The final thing that I liked about this movie is were the settings took place, because I really thought that they did a great job with that.

Overall I really think that the movie The Day the Earth Stood Still is one of the best movies out there and it is highly recommended to everyone out there.
