The Doctors Guide To Vitamins And Minerals By Joss on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Doctor's Guide to Vitamins and Minerals from Mary Dan Eades, M.D. is a great addition to any home collection. Is great to have such information at home without the need to ask a doctor that only prescribe drugs. Vitamin recommendations are not well promoted even when doctors know that the patients will be more healthy if they use vitamins.

This guide is very useful with every vitamin and mineral recommended to prevent diseases and to treat a lot of conditions and disorders. This was a very valuable gift included in a vitamin supplement order. I believe in prevention and education as the keys of health. When you know, then you can prevent.

The wrong thing is to let the years pass by without any action, and when you finally reach the doctor's office, then is too late. The Doctor's Guide to Vitamins and Minerals is a great health book that will save you a lot of money in drug pills. Take your vitamins daily and stay healthy.

This sounds like an interesting book, Joss! I use the online guide, wholehealthmd.com, which I love.... but having a nice book at home in print to browse through is always nice.
