I bought this Bible to use with the 3 year old that I babysit. Its labeled for kids 4-8, but the ones for her age looked very babyish. The Bible is fun and colorful, it has a short story that is usually 100-200 words and simple and to the point. At the end of the story there is a "something to ask" and "something to do" secetion. This is what makes the Bible so awesome in my opinion. It helps you talk about the story to the child and then to challenge them. Like tell people today that you love them like God showed his love in this story OR Thank God today for your house, friends, family, etc.

This is a great way to start talking about God and get the ball rolling for future years of spiritual groweth. I would suggest a different Bible for older children as I wouldnt see this being the best for a 8 year old like it suggest.
