Although I was initially skeptical of using a cream eyeliner, I decided to try L'Oreal's HiP Color Truth cream eyeliner in Brown. I was not disappointed! The consistency of the liner is smooth, and it glides easily onto your eyelid. It blends with little effort, but after less than a minute, the liner dries and is completely smudge-resistant. The best part about the eyeliner is that it lasts all day with no necessary touch-ups or smudging whatsoever. It is easily removed with either makeup remover or plain old soap and water at the end of the day. The only downside to the product is that the applicator brush is a little bit scratchy on the eyelid, but the discomfort is very minor. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the HiP Color Truth cream eyeliner, and I plan to purchase more colors in the future.
