If you're looking for a great choice for family movie night, this is it. This movie stars the Rock and Madison Pettis from Disney Channel's Cory in the House. While many family movies are geared toward either little girls or little boys, this movie seems appropriate for either combining ballet and dolls with football. This is even one that most daddy's could watch and enjoy. It's one of the few children's movies that my husband doesn't complain about watching.

This movie tells the story of a little girl who shows up unannounced on her father's, who didn't know she existed, doorstep. Her dad, a professional football player, has no experience with children, and is even more confused about the "girly" habits.

Although there are some sad parts in this film which may affect sensitive children (I know my five year old cried in a couple of parts), there are also several parts of this film which will make you laugh out loud. This movie is simply a great choice and another great film by Disney.
