The God Box by Alex Sanchez is the premier book dealing with fictional chacters reconciling their Christianity and their sexuality. Sanchez uses this work of fiction to accurately portray the Word of God and what it truly says about homosexuality, while uniquely keeping the story and characters intresting.

The first time I read the book in about 3 hours. I both laughed and cried and was deeply moved. This is an excellent book to help teens raised Christian to understand and except both their Chrisitanity and their homosexuality. This book should be in the library of every church and pastor in the United States. After struggling with trying to be heterosexual, the main charcter is befriended by a homosexual christian who eventually helps the main character except and embrace his Christianity and Homosexuality. This book is written in a very positive light. Unlike many gay youth stories, it doesn't end with AIDS, drugs, or suicide. I look forward to Alex Sanchez next book.
