A book from The Fortunes of Texas Reunion series it shows two doctors Peter and Violet both successful in their own right trying to fight a chemistry that is undeniably more than lost but both are trying to run away from becuase of their own illconceived reasons, Peter wants a woman that would be more like a stay at home mom that's more dedicated to her home life and family, someone like his own mother was, and Violet does not want to start something because she know that her home is in New York and she is only going to be in Texas for a short time.
