The Goonies on DVD is the classic movie starring Corey Feldman and Sean Astin amongst other who are digging throught the attic of one of the kid's fathers, and find a treasure map. The try to find the treasure along with their other friends, who are all social outcasts, and when they find the treasure, they are confronted by a family of bumbling crooks that want to steal from them but the criminals have about as much luck as the criminals did in Home Alone. I think the movie highly entertaingin, and that its fun for kids of all ages. I always enjoyed movies about pirates, so the fact that the treasure they were in search of happened to be pirate treasure, I was intrigued. The DVD has no major special features, but it is still a great movie and any child of the 80's should have it in their collection.
