I just love this movie. I am a huge Kevin Costner fan and I tend to watch all his movies. This is the full screen version of The Guardian DVD. I love the story line in this movie. It really makes you stop and think about what the coast really does and what they have to offer. I never knew how tough it could be to be a hero in one moment and have to let someone die in the next. In this movie Kevin Costner plays Ben Randell who is this legendary rescue swimmer who is over coming a horrible mission that went completely wrong. He is suddenly given a mission to train some fresh rescue recruits. Well in this new bunch of recruits is Jake Fischer who is played by Ashton Kutcher. Well Jake is on a mission to break Bens record of rescues. This is a great suspense movie and it does keep you wanting more. I felt it was well made and I recommend this to anyone. It is rated PG-13 and is about 2hrs and 15 mins long. I hope you enjoy this movie as much as my family did.
