The Heat Is On!
By Chocollette onI think my family should own stock in ThermaCare heat wraps because we use them so often!These really are nice and handy to have around the house in case a heating pad is not available.Another reason why I enjoy them is that they do not have to be plugged into an outlet and you can be mobile while wearing them.
The wraps that I am reviewing are the ones for the neck, shoulders, and wrists.They come three to a box and each is made for a one-time use.These are whisper light and thin yet provide up to eight hours of glorious heat and believe me, the heat feels fantastic on sore muscles!
The directions state that it might take up to 30 minutes for the wraps to get to its optimal therapeutic temparature but for me, it only takes two minutes for it to start working its magic.I have used these on my neck from pulling some muscles and they definitely eased the pain within minutes.
The only "negative" (and I do not consider this as a deterrant) thing I can say about the wraps is that sometimes they do get too hot and when that happens, I just tear off the adhesive from my neckfor a few seconds and then put it back on.For muscle relief, overheating is well worth it!

That is a great price for three of them. I often wondered how well they worked compared to a heating pad. Sigh...I'm getting old....I have a heating pad now! LOL....I better go find some of these and stock up!
I love love love Thermacare. God made Froggy's so they could own that company. MMMMMMMM great product that works so well:) I wish they sold them in bigger boxes, cos I hate running out of them.

I have never used the type of Thermacare heat wraps that have the adhesives. Do you find the adhesives to be strong enough?
These really are great. My husband uses them all the time after work. He says that they work wonders!
I wondered about the heat factor, but it sounds easy enough to remedy if it's too hot for your liking. Sounds like a great product!
