I bought the HP Color Smart 5180 to replace another HP computer I had purchased from Apple as part of a printer rebate deal (the Canon PIXMA MP530). No matter how much I talked to Canon's tech support, I couldn't get that printer to work (this may have been a fluke, but it was highly frustrating). The HP 5180 was a delight after the Canon. It was extremely easy to set up, even though I wanted to use it through my wireless Airport device. Now I can print and scan wirelessly from anywhere in the house! The machine also makes color and black and white copies. Yet probably the best feature of this product is its ability to print extremely high quality glossy photos. There is really no way to tell that these photos came from your printer instead of a photo developing place - now I'll never go back to film cameras again!
