I am always very skeptical when I see a product that I have used for ages try to re-invent the wheel and come out with an updated version of the original. Such was the case with my Irish Spring body wash. During a recent trip to Wal-Mart, I picked up the familair green bottle and din't realize till shower time that I had actually picked up a new version of Irish Spring called "Moisture Blast 8 Hour Scent System"

It sounded like a betting formula rather than a body wash, but I went ahead and gave it a shot. The scent is very different from the original and was initially rather off putting. It did create a very nice lather, just like the original, and I felt very clean afterwards.

The true test was yet to come though, the 8 hour test, and I planned to go to work, a rather physical job, without the aid of any other deodorant than that of the body wash. At the end of my busy work day, I was fully prepared to go into the Wal-Mart customer service department, jam my armpit into the face of the sales associate and deman an immediate refund, but I'll be darned if it didn't actually work.No sweaty scent and I could still make out the faint aroma of the soap on my skin.

I am now sold on this product, but still not a huge fan of the scent. Maybe they can work on that and then this will achieve a 5 star rating in
