When I first heard about SoyJoy bars I was quite skeptical, because well, the idea of soy in a snack bar didn't seem very appetizing. When I first opened the package I realized that the SoyJoy bar better taste better than it looked, because after all, how appetizing can you make soy and dried fruit look? But when I closed my eyes and took a bite of the Mango/Coconut flavored SoyJoy bar I was amazed! It tasted wonderful and for such a small portion was actually quite filling! I discovered that just because a food isn't pretty, it doesn't mean it doesn't taste good. I guess it falls into the category that food that is good for you looks less appealing, but even though this food is good for you, it also tastes great. My favorite flavors are the Mango/Coconut and Berry flavored SoyJoy bars. I definitely recommend this snack item for anyone who is looking for a great tasting snack that is also very filling.
