The Kershaw Leek By SignificantGuy on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought this little knife a few months ago, It was one of the best purchases Ive ever made.

Pro's

Sharp enough to shave with

Opens extremely fast

Easy spring assisted flipper on the top of the handle

Con's

Just got some occasionally rust spots from no where, Easily fixed with a scrub with toothpaste.

I bought this knife when my old Buck one was far too old. The kershaw leek's speed safe system flips the knife open extremely fast and the blade is sharp enough to shave with. The blade is made of strong 440A stainless steel and the handle is made of stainless steel also. The monolock is incredibly stong and will not snap under alot of pressure. Its a small knife compared to other knives Ive had, but it does all the jobs the bigger knives do alot faster. You can also get leeks with framelocks and powder painted handles.

All in all its a great knife and if you find one dont hesitate to buy it because it is a first class knife.
