The L.A. Shape Diet By mizdiz on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Dr Heber brings common sense to this book. He talks about other diets and why they don't work. I liked this book because it did have something in it I had not read before. It talked about the different shapes of our bodies and how your body is affected by where you carry your fat. The writer had some recipes in the book that are very healthy. He recommends a jump start to you diet by drinking high protein drinks, along with other healthy choices.
The rest of the book was pretty much common sense. The writer talks about how you must eat fewer calories than you take in. Common sense, right? But of course, dieting is not easy, or we would all be thin. To make this diet work, you have to follow the plan.
