Hey people I don't have a plan phone so I get pre paid cell phones. Well I had gone to Sam Goody around Christmas time and I had seen a phone so I had bought it and about three months later it started to freeze up and not work as good and before that it was not getting signal when it said I had full bars it said no signal. So you may think that the store will give me a refund on it well guess again. They told me that they could do nothing about it and that I would have to take it up with the LG store or my pre paid place. Well I was with Tracfone and I had asked them about it and they had told me that I would have to take it up with the LG store. So they were really trying to through me off to the side and they did not try to help me out at all. So finally it got worse so I just through the phone away. So if I were you and you want a new phone then don't get an LG 225. Hope that my review has helped you out in any way.
