The Little Printer That Could By Karen Kramer on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

When you look at the numbers and ratings, there is no reason why I should love my little Lexmark Z730. After all it's so noisy I need to wear my son's Flight Aviator Headgear just to print a receipt. And it has like zero fancy features. It's the most basic of any printer I've ever owned. And Yet, for some strange reason, it's also my favorite printer. It's the one I use the most, the easiest to operate, the most dependable and the cheapest to maintain. When other printers fail, my little Z730 is always there to help out. When other's run out of ink just when my money also has run out, my little Z730 keeps on going and besides it only uses one cartridge for both the Black and Color ink and it cost less then other models. (Of course the ink cartridge is the same price as a new Printer, $19.97...maybe that's why the printer last so long..hmm I think maybe the manufacturer might worry you would just replace the whole printer instead of only the ink.)

If you need a scanner and fax machine included, this is not your printer. But, if you just want an economical reliable everyday printer, then consider my little Lexmark Z730.
