The machinist

The motion picture The Machinist is a great film. It stars Christian Bale who plays a man named Trevor Reznik who suffers from insomnia and does not sleep for a whole year. Christian Bale basically morphed his body for this film. He dropped down to about 110 lbs. Trevor becomes extremely fatigued from not sleeping or eating. This leads to an incident at work where he causes a man to lose his arm by accident. This causes his co-workers to shy away from him and eventually ends up getting him fired. Trevor starts to see people that are not really there and he starts to invistigate into his own conciese. He ends up finding out somethings about himself that he wishes he would not of. This film has an overall dark vibe around it. If you are a fan of dramas that could also be considered thrillers with intricate storylines you will love this film.
