The Movies for PC is a fun and slightly addictive simulation game. One goal of this game is to create as many movies as you can with very high star ratings. Your studio tries to beat the other studios by winning awards at awards ceremonies and attracting stars from other studios to come to yours. A fun feature of this game is that you can make your own movies by piecing together different scenes your actors will act out later, and adding subtitles or even voiceovers if you have the softwear.

The Movies has another feature, which is that you build and maintain a movie lot. You can purchase several different types of buildings and interact with them. My favorites are the movie sets since you can dress them up to suit your movie. This game is really several different games in one game, which I found made it hold my attention for longer than other games.

One small problem is that I purchased this game years after it was first released, and the website they provided to interact with other players and show off your movies has been shut down. Besides that, this game is one of my favorites and will be for a long time I am sure
