The Nintendo Wii Console

Few weeks ago I happened to luck out on finding the most elusive of all gaming consoles the Nintendo Wii . I had to go back to my hometown where i grew up for a doctors appointment. So I called the walmart in Ogdensburg,NY and they happen to have one policy is they can't put them away for more then a hour the guy told me. They told me call them in bout a hour of going to the store they still had quite a few of them. Long story I finally got one after bout a year of calling all over and waiting to decide which console I wanted. While true I like games ilke GTA for the graphics . However the Nintendo Wii offers the mobility and realistic movements like with the bowling. I thought bout it and thought bout it. Finally the got the wii. Some other reasons I decided it. 1. I have been a classic gamer since the 80s back when Pong and Pac -Man and Donkey Kong were still the biggest thing since sliced bread. Well anyhow I heard bout the wii's ability for the virtual console stuff download games with wii points So That made me want it all the more. Plus the good array of titles available for the wii and backward compatilibty with alotta different systems including the sega genesis, Game cube, N64.. I had a closetful of game cartridges i was able to sell on ebay that were taking up space and such . Thanks to the wii for that too so i used that money to put on my super smash brothers game. So far We have a few titles WWE Smackdown 2008,And Sega Bass fishing course the sports game that comes with it. I love all the different channel selections they give you especially the check mii out channel its fun seeing all the different mii peoplethat others design as well as making tem myself for the contests they have on there.They just recently added a nintendo channel which allows you to preview game trailers of upcoming titles such as the case with Mario Kart which is also a hot item right now.all the different things available for the nintendo wii finally led me to decide to get it plus its good for exercise as well since i had it i lost 6 lbs already ..The bowling is fun its like being in a alley and throwing the ball at the pin .

other titles which drew me to the wii are guitar hero. zelda twilight princess, super mario galaxy and i plan to buy those someday but just seeing them demo on various tv channels like g4tv and such made me decide I WANTED THE WII. plus I don't have a hdtv yet will in the future someday maybe i will get a playstation 3 but not til the price comes way down but for now i am more then satisfied with mywii purchase and looking foreward to many years and fun with it . my wii however did have a overheating issue and nintendo was quick to fix it and its running good no more problems. I liked the customer service too at nintendo very good and quick and friendly.I can't wait to purchase more titles and more virtual console games for my wii. I have mario kart as we speak on the way from amazon soon as i get that i will let you all know how i like that. thanks for looking. my wii is in the picture here a tip. if you have the internet channel downloaded and your a "emac" owner as well lol the usb keyboard for that works on the wii too so you can type in the internet browser instead of using the remote just bout any usb keyboard should work but i know for certain mac keyboards work with the wii.Another interesting feature of the wii is say you got a digital camera and a sd card . SD cards help you save games too anyhow. You can take your photos and put them on the wii and have a slideshow next time family or friends come over you can show them slideshows from trips or what not.
