The Notebook A Movie Review By Queennie Santos on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

First love never dies. This is the very premise of Nicholas Sparks' The Notebook. The movie version of this wide-read novel is a fairly deserving remake. James Garner and Gena Rowlands managed to portray the anatagonists' chemistry. The movie followed the novel's plot: a poor guy who loved a rich girl. Their love story is like that of Rome and Juliet.

Indeed, they fought for their love for each other.Looking at its cinematography it cna be said that the movie tried its best to capture every significant detail therein the novel--and though there are lapses, it can't still be denied that the movie remake is also a work of art.

Love that is test by time was best portrayed by teh movie--through all its vivid visuals. The plot was great and the acting skills of the actor were equally amazing. So, if you want to fall in love all over again, you might want to try watching this movie.
