Amway Arena a.k.a TD Waterhouse Centre a.k.a Orlando Arena!!

I have lived in Orlando almost all my life and have been to the O-rena several times. Most people in Orlando area call it the O-rena. It was originally called the Orlando Arena, then got changed to the TD Waterhouse Centre, then shortly after that it was changed to its current name, the Amway Arena. The arena seats approximately 17,000 people.

The arena is the mainly known for being home to the NBA's Orlando Magic. The arena is home to several professional sports teams. Currently, the AFL's Orlando Predators and the MISL's Orlando Sharks. In the past, it has also been home to the IHL's Orlando Solar Bears and the WNBA's Orlando Miracle. I love going to sports games at the arena, especially Magic games. I think the arena is a great place for sporting events.

I have also been to the arena for several concerts. It is has good sound and isn't too big so I think almost every seat is a pretty good seat compared to most arenas I have been to for concerts. The arena has several places for food and of course, it's overpriced but not too many arenas aren't. The arena has a huge parking lot on one side which is about $5 to park, it is good to park there since it is the parking ran by the arena itself. I think the arena is a great place for events.
