The Tilley hat is one of the most famous hats around the adventuring world. Many people who love to hike boat and just be outdoors would benefit from owning one of these lifetime guaranteed hats made by Tilley. They have a cowboy like design that is mean to keep the sun away from your face and it ushually comes in a cream color with secondary color. I know many people who own this hat and they absolutly live by it. My own Tilley Hat has been great and doesnt show any signs of wear what so ever. The material is great for the outdoors because it can handle all the elements. The price payed for one of these hats guarantees you have a great hat for the rest of your life. If you lose your Tilley hat but still have proof that you owned one then they will supply you with a 100% NEW Tilley hat. My favorite part other then the great quality hat was the brag tags that fit in the inside pocket of the hat. They tell the history of the hat and how great it is almost as a sort of advertisement of your purchase. This is a great hat and i recommend it to anyone who is adventurous in the outdoors.

I feel like I should be going on a safari if I wear one of these and maybe talk with an australian accent. I think these hats are cute, but there is no way I would pay that much for a hat. Just my opinion...sorry
It's amazing that they will replace it! so save your receipt and have a picture of yourself taken in it for proof. It looks nice.
I have never heard of a Tilley hat before but it looks and sounds really cool. I mean it must be for a price tag of $60 right? I like the idea that they will replace the hat if you lose it. Although who's to stop someone from saying the lost it just to get another hat for free? Sorry, that's the sneakiness in me coming out!
I think these are great protection against the sun. My former husband used to wear one all the time and I laughed at him.. now I see he was on to something! Thanks for sharing your experience with this hat!
