The origins of evil!!

As you can tell from my member name, I'm a huge Star Wars fan. Not only have I seen the movies hundreds of times, but I've read a lot of the expanded universe books. I had been reading whichever one I happened to see that caught my interest. Recently, I've decided to follow the timeline and read all the books from the beginning of the Star Wars timeline. The first book in the evolution of the series begins way before the events in any of the movies and focuses on Darth bane the first true dark lord of the sith. I've always had a fascination with the antagonists in movies and literature and this story does an excellent job of showing how a normal every day guy ends up turning completely evil. It shows his evolution from a miner to one of the first Star Wars anti-heroes. Once I began reading the book, I couldn't put it down and loved every minute of it.
