The Pacifier is about a family who loses their father, a secret agent, in a tragedy. They are guarding, without knowing, a big secret lair at their house. The very popular actor Vin Diesel (Shane) stars in this movie. He is sent to guard the family and the secret lair without the family knowing, so he becomes their nanny. In my opinion, this movie was awesome. I think is was very heart-warming, as Shane (Vin Diesel) the tough Navy S.E.A.L becomes like a father to the children, and helps pull the family back together. This movie is rated PG. I think there may be some unsuitable violence, language and crude humor, which may not be suitable for children. This movie really is funny, and is fun for all ages. There is action, love, and mystery all packed into one fast paced movie.

The first time I watched this movie was in the theater and I couldn't wait for it to come out on DVD. It is so funny. We rushed straight to the store the day it was released. If it's not in your video collection it really should be as we watch it over and over. I think we pull it out at least once every month or two.
