I am a big fan of Special K's line of weight-control products. My mom introduced them to me. She likes that they are delicious, but aren't high in fat and calories. She's trying to lose weight, so I think these help her stay on track and satisfy her sweet tooth.
I don't use these to lose weight; I eat them because I really like this flavor. Also, I love sweets and chocolates, but I feel guilty when eating them at times. With these, they're only 90 calories and have 2 grams of fat. They even have 1 gram of protein and small amounts of vitamins and minerals, like iron, niacin, riboflavin and Vitamin B6.
These are definitely my favorite snack food. I sometimes eat one of these for breakfast with a glass of milk. The bottom is coated with smooth, sweet, milk chocolate. The top part is so good! It is a bit crispy, but also soft when you bite into it. It is a mix of sweetened cereal and pretzel pieces! It's a unique idea of Special K to put the pretzels in there.
I will repeatedly buy these. I like them that much.

i would have to say this is the best thing ever created through special K...i love chocolate covered pretzels and it taste just like them!!!!!! no fake taste to it at all....and itsonly 90 calories!!!! im in love!
